NELEIGH JOHNSON
Director of KIDS
Neleigh is a teacher, dreamer, and the wife of Sam. She is passionate about knowing and loving God and helping kids to know and love Him, too.
Neleigh was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Math Education from Auburn University (War Eagle!). She married her husband, Sam, and they moved to Austin in 2015, where Neleigh began her career teaching at public middle and high schools. Middle grade students found a special place in her heart as she taught math, coached basketball, and mentored her students through their pre-teen years. Neleigh and Sam relocated to Houston in 2019, where she continued her teaching career before discerning a call to children’s ministry at 7MR.
In her free time, you can find her reading, walking her dog, or spending time with family and friends.
