We exist to embody and declare God’s redemptive story to every Houstonian. Our staff are called and qualified men and women in the life of our Church. Our aim as a team is to equip the saints for the work of ministry and continue to live a life on mission proclaiming a risen Jesus to all who will listen. RESIDENCIES

We believe that God is calling and raising up the next generation of leaders to embody and declare God’s redemptive story. We hope to join you in this journey of discernment and next steps. We long to release men and women into the world who have been trained, developed, and bear the responsibility of leadership in today’s world.

What a Residency with us looks like

Our residencies will accomplish three things over a two-year time frame. First, we aim to develop a resident’s character to look more like Jesus.  Second, we aim to provide a robust biblical and doctrinal foundation for each resident. Third, we aim to develop the competencies necessary for a life devoted to equipping the saints for the work of ministry.

Important Dates

Applications are accepted year-round. Typically, we aim to interview and vet new applicants during the summer for a fall start date. The general timeline below is subject to change.
