holistic shepherds Training

At Seven Mile Road, shepherds training has long been vital to the health and unity of our decentralized family of House Churches. As we continue to grow, both in size and in the diversity of our leaders’ life stages and experiences, we recognize the need to evolve our approach while staying grounded in our core philosophy of leadership development. To meet the challenges ahead, we are embracing a more holistic path forward by addressing the head, heart, and hands of our shepherds as you faithfully support the mission and vision of 7MR.
