The total estimated capital required is $35.7 million. Seven Mile Road has currently raised $6.9 million.
The church is prepared to assume debt on the gathering space property of up to $8 million. The purchase of the office property will include debt of $8 million, which will be serviced by lease revenue from current and future tenants.
